| I'm just a beginning artist, so I really don't know much about what my style or genre is yet. I'm trying everything to get a feel for what I like. I'm still open-minded enough to be interested in just about everything the world of art has to offer. I learn by copying and imitation. I fave things I want to emulate and have a bit of a tendency to be redundant. Though I picked up a DA profile to display my art to a wider community, I know in my soul that I was born to write. So naturally, figuring out how to upload stories and poetry was like a revelation. I know I am much more skilled with the written word than I am with lines and colors, but that has never stopped me from trying. What may surprize you is that I have only been drawing for about three and a half years. Until I was sixteen, I really had no interest in art, whether it was viewing it or making it. So now there's this newfound wellspring of creativity that's just bubbling over with stuff I want to do. Oh well, no time like the present! |
